This policy explains what cookies and storage technologies we use on BallersHub and how you can manage them.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser. Together with similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), they allow the platform to work, remember your preferences and understand how it is used. In this policy we use the word cookies to refer to all of them.
2. How we use them
We use these technologies to keep your session logged in, remember your language and other preferences, and measure the use of the platform in aggregate to improve it.

The performance analytics we use (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) do not use cookies.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to measure audience; during the payment process, the processors (Stripe or Mercado Pago) may place cookies necessary to complete the transaction securely. Processing by those third parties is governed by their respective policies.
5. How to manage or disable cookies
You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some features (such as logging in) may stop working correctly.
For Google analytics you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or adjust cookies from your browser. You can also clear the site's local storage from your browser options.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or modify the technologies we use. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
