1. What BallersHub is and acceptance of the Terms

BallersHub is an online platform that allows footballers, athletes and representation agencies to create a professional web portfolio with their own link, where they centralize their career history, statistics, data and multimedia content. The service is available at ballershub.co and is operated by Julián Berardinelli, in the Argentine Republic (the Owner, we).

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern access to and use of the platform. By creating an account, completing a profile or using any feature of BallersHub, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who can use the platform

To purchase plans and manage an account on your own behalf, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding obligations.

BallersHub is also geared toward youth football. Profiles of persons under 18 may only be created and managed by their mother, father, legal guardian or by the agency representing them with the guardian's authorization. Whoever creates or manages a minor's profile declares that they hold such authorization, accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for the use of the account and the content published.

We may at any time request documentation evidencing the age, identity or representation claimed, and suspend profiles when that information cannot be verified.

3. Accounts and registration

To use most features you need to register an account with a valid email. You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, and to keep it that way.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, subscriptions and payments

BallersHub offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro) with additional features. The details of each plan and current prices are shown on the plans page.

Pro plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Depending on your currency and location, payment is processed through Stripe (USD/EUR) or Mercado Pago (ARS). By subscribing you authorize the recurring charges for the chosen plan until you cancel it. The payment processors are independent third parties, and the processing of your payment data is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your jurisdiction. We may modify prices and plans; changes apply to subsequent billing periods and, where applicable, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.

5. Cancellation, renewal and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the period already paid for.

Unless the applicable law provides otherwise or we expressly state otherwise, payments for the current period are non-refundable. Where there is a right of withdrawal or cancellation provided for by the applicable consumer regulations, you may exercise it under the terms and within the time limits established by those regulations.

6. Your content and license of use

You retain ownership of the information, images, videos and other content you upload to your profile (your content). In order to display your portfolio and operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license to host, reproduce, technically adapt, publish and display your content within the platform and in its promotion.

By publishing content you declare that you hold the necessary rights to it, that it is truthful and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or applicable rules. You are responsible for the content you publish.

We may remove or unpublish content that infringes these Terms, the rights of third parties or the law, or that compromises the security or reputation of the platform.

7. Profile verification and validation

BallersHub may verify the identity and data of profiles through human review, cross-checking against public sports sources and identity verification (KYC) processes that may require a document and a selfie. The processing of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Verification aims to provide confidence about the truthfulness of the information, but it does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee on our part regarding any person, agency or club. We may grant, suspend or withdraw verification badges at our reasonable discretion.

8. Acceptable use

When using BallersHub you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or agency, or publish false or misleading data.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, content that violates privacy or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Use the platform to harass, extort or endanger minors.
• Extract data in an automated manner (scraping), resell access or overload the infrastructure.
• Attempt to breach security, access other people's accounts or circumvent technical restrictions.

9. BallersHub intellectual property

The BallersHub brand, the software, the design, the proprietary texts and other elements of the platform belong to the Owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property regulations. You may not copy or exploit them without authorization, except for normal use of the platform.

10. Third-party services

The platform relies on external providers (for example, hosting, payment processors, email delivery and analytics) and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of those third parties, whose use is governed by their own terms.

11. Availability, changes and beta features

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and as available, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

Some features may be offered as beta or in a testing phase and be subject to changes or limitations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages or for loss of profit arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be legally excluded, in particular toward consumers.

13. Indemnity

You agree to hold the Owner harmless against third-party claims arising from your content, from your use of the platform or from the breach of these Terms or of the law.

14. Suspension and termination of accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that publish false information, that endanger other people or that compromise the security of the platform. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to remedy the situation.

15. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date and, in the event of significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the competent ordinary courts of the Argentine Republic shall apply, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection regulations grant the user to turn to the courts or authorities of their domicile.
